Fundraiser Gala 

This Fundraising Celebration of 46 years of continuous theatre consists of four parts:

• Dinner - smörgåsbord style (you need to purchase 8 tickets in order to reserve a whole table).
   
• A one-act comedy called "Cheque Please." When people meet in a restaurant on a blind date, probably arranged online in this day and age, they are not necessarily compatible. Strange and interesting things are bound to happen.
   
• Musical Entertainment. Monika Wall and her backup musicians will perform. Monika is an award winning, classically trained musician who has studied voice and performed in the United States and in Europe. Her career spans opera, musical theatre, jazz, gospel and folk. Her personal journey from Puccini to Porter to her own original songs has resulted in an exceptional voice and the ability to create a mood. She has acted with Winnipeg Mennonite Theatre in the past and donates her time on this occasion to support the cause.
   
• Dance to the sounds of the trio and Crystal Sound.
